Refund Eligibility

14-Day Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your original payment date.

You're Eligible If:

  • Request is made within 14 days of payment
  • You haven't downloaded any generated photos
  • No usable professional-quality headshots were generated
  • Technical issues prevented completion of your order
  • You are the original purchaser of the service

Not Eligible If:

  • More than 14 days have passed since payment
  • You've already downloaded generated photos
  • Personal style preferences (photos are technically sound)
  • Partial refunds for multi-photo packages
  • You've initiated a chargeback with your bank
